Replacement Vest for Ergodyne Chill Its 6215, S/M Size, Orange

The Chill-Its 6215 Premium Phase Change Cooling Vest is made to house phase change cooling packs to keep workers cooler, safer, and more productive. The phase change cooling material maintains a 64°F (18°C) temperature for up to 4 hours when activated. Crafted with a modacrylic cotton blend FR fabric, the vest meets ASTM F1506 requirements and is classified to NFPA (CAT1). Adjustable hook and loop closures at the shoulders and waist provide a customized and comfortable fit.

The cooling vest comes in two sizes, ranging from S/M (32in - 40in / 81cm - 102cm) to L/XL (40in - 52in / 102cm - 132cm). Cooling packs are not included, but there are several ways to activate the vest. Simply place the two removable packs in a cooler of ice water for 10 minutes, a freezer for 15 minutes, a refrigerator for 25 minutes, or near an air conditioner for 1 to 2 hours. Then, insert the recharged cooling packs into the vest pockets for hours of cooling relief.

Constructed with 100% Polyester and imported, the vest is flame-resistant, featuring a modacrylic cotton blend FR fabric. The flexible fit is achieved through the adjustable hook and loop closures on both the shoulders and waist. The extended vest surface area enhances the cooling power, while reflective accents are designed for increased visibility on busy streets or job sites. Convenient storage is provided by two elastic pen loops on the chest.

Tested and approved, the fabric meets ASTM F1506 performance requirements, with an ATPV rating of 7.1 cal/cm2, and is classified to NFPA 70E (CAT1). This premium phase change cooling vest is the ideal solution for keeping workers cool, safe, and productive in various work environments.
