The Chill-Its 6215 Premium Phase Change Cooling Vest with Packs is designed to keep workers cooler, safer, and more productive, maintaining a 64°F (18°C) temperature for up to 4 hours when activated. The vest is made of a modacrylic cotton blend FR fabric that meets ASTM F1506 requirements and is classified to NFPA (CAT1). The adjustable hook and loop closures at the shoulders and waist provide a customized and comfortable fit, and the vest is available in tan or hi-vis orange with reflective taping for increased visibility.

The cooling vest comes in two sizes, ranging from S/M (32in - 40in / 81cm - 102cm) to L/XL (40in - 52in / 102cm - 132cm), and there are various ways to activate the cooling packs. Users can place the two removable packs in a cooler of ice water for 10 minutes, a freezer for 15 minutes, a refrigerator for 25 minutes, or near an air conditioner for 1 to 2 hours. Once recharged, the cooling packs can be placed in the vest pockets for hours of cooling relief.

The vest is made of 100% polyester and is imported. The ice packs maintain a constant 64°F (18°C) temperature for up to 4 hours, providing immediate and long-lasting cooling relief. The patented honeycomb ice pack design eliminates stiffness, ensuring a comfortable and flexible fit. Additionally, the vest is flame-resistant, made with a modacrylic cotton blend FR fabric, and features reflective accents for improved visibility on busy streets or job sites.

The weight of the vest with the packs ranges from 6lbs (2.7kg) for the S/M size to 9lbs (4kg) for the L/XL size. The vest also includes two elastic pen loops on the chest, providing convenient storage for the user's work essentials.
