The LIGHTWEIGHT hard hat features a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell that is 15% lighter in weight compared to PC-ABS. Its ONE-HANDED LOCKFIT RATCHET offers 36 points of adjustment for a custom, secure fit that can be worn forward or backward based on weather or personal preference.

Tested and meeting ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014, CSA Z94.1-15, TYPE 1, Class C Standards, the hard hat's BREATHABLE flexible open suspension frame and always-open venting improve air circulation, making it cooler in the heat. The REMOVABLE FOAM-BACKED SWEATBAND is breathable and washable for ALL-DAY COMFORT.

The HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE 6-POINT SUSPENSION provides a more customized, comfortable fit with better force dispersion compared to 4-point systems. The LOCKFIT RATCHET allows for easy size adjustment, while the SWIVELING SUSPENSION pivots up and down to clear bandana or ponytail knots and improve the overall fit.
